PCG coordinated a cross-functional global team of twenty individuals, authored executive status reports, led resolution summits in several geographical locations and provided leading practices across various industries and markets. The project included project management, detailed business process mapping, risk mitigation analysis and revenue recognition standards analysis. The project resulted in a streamlined contract administration process, revenue account methodology restructure and redesign of the cash collection controls.
